This Refund Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use.
We offer a full refund on your initial GovClerkMinutes subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with the service, provided your refund request is made within 7 days of the date your subscription was first purchased.
Refunds under this guarantee are not conditional on a reason — if you are not satisfied within the 7-day window, we will process your refund.
This 7-day money-back guarantee applies to your first billing cycle only — that is, the first payment made when you initially subscribe to a GovClerkMinutes plan. It does not apply to subsequent renewal payments on an ongoing subscription; if you wish to stop being billed going forward, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
You can request a refund directly from your account's billing/subscription settings while your 7-day window is open, or by emailing our support team at support@govclerkminutes.com. Please include the email address associated with your account so we can locate your payment.
Once a refund is approved, your subscription will be cancelled and any tokens or usage allowance granted with that payment will be forfeited.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Funds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last Revised" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last updated. Continued use of GovClerkMinutes after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
