Built from Experience, Driven by Purpose
Cliff, Founder and Director of GovClerk, spent over five years working with international clients across the public and private sector. During his time in sales, Cliff watched organizations from municipalities to corporate boards struggle with producing meeting minutes. What should have taken minutes often took hours.
One day, while sitting through yet another meeting where no one was capturing the key decisions, the idea clicked: there had to be a better way. That moment led to the creation of GovClerk, an AI-powered platform that automates meeting minutes and gives organizations their time back.
Today GovClerk serves councils, school boards, and private organizations across Africa and beyond.
